Mocha Chocolate Butter Coffee (Picnik Austin inspired!)



Ingredients

8 oz brewed coffee
1 tablespoon grass-fed butter or cacao butter
1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil
1 teaspoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Heaping spoonful of whey protein

Instructions

Brew coffee, add to a high-powered blender along with MCT oil, butter, maple syrup and cacao powder. Blend high for 1 minute. During the last 30 seconds, add the protein. Transfer to your favorite holiday mug and enjoy!
