We are loving the #thunderbirdbar tagged Instagram pictures and are excited to present the third edition of "Eat, Tag, Win!". Customer Jessie snapped this great shot while on her anniversary trip in Durango, Colorado. She grew up backpacking and enjoying the great outdoors, and she currently coaches at CrossFit renew in Austin, Texas.

The second edition of "Eat, Tag, Win!" is courtesy of the always adventurous Nowhere Men. The guys took on a 15,000+ mile, 12+ month adventure to drive from New York City  to Tierra del Fuego, Argentina, otherwise known as the “End of the World.”

We are rounding out the month of love, connections, partnership, and community with an interview with Thunderbird Ambassadors Mark Herron and Erinn Lewis.  Almost one year ago, the couple took a leap of faith by taking their relationship to the next level and starting a business together. In one year, Sukha Yoga has cultivated a beautiful community in their cozy studio in Austin, Texas. We got the chance to ask this inspiring couple a few questions that gave us further insight on the dynamic of a work/love relationship.

These inspiring twin sisters, who race on the international circuit, certainly know the importance of quality nutrition for not only training and racing, but also for everyday health.
